I asked for a receipt or confirmation for a refund I requested due to them NOT changing the sheet, and he told me he is not obligated to give me a receipt. He screamed at me and told me to “get the hell out of his lobby” for absolutely no reason, and told me I was not a customer because I paid through a third-party.
