"It was very clean, I always witnessed people mopping or housekeeping milling about and checking on people. The front desk clerk’s were very nice, especially Dana! Every valet was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The only downside was the air would occasionally get stuck on hot or cold and hot change regardless of the setting on the thermostat, so we had to open the windows. I wish they had put us not on the first floor above the garage entrance… we were always woken up by cars hitting the grate or people coming in and out of the hotel at night/ early morning. Other than that it was a lovely stay that is central to everything dc has to offer. It’s in a great area of the city that you can walk or metro to everything! "

"This was a beautiful property, extremely clean, with very friendly staff. We wished the room or the hotel itself had a hot tub to warm up in. The room had a shower."

"The location is unbeatable, near restaurants and right by the metro stop. We had the king room on a high floor which was nice and spacious, however the hvac system in the room is super loud! When it goes on it sounds like an engine is running in the room, even with earplugs we could hear it and it disrupted our sleep. Also, the bathroom sink faucet was loose and wobbly, every time you turned it on it felt like it was going to fall out. In addition, the shower water pressure is barely more than a trickle, but the water was hot. If you want an amazing location this is the place, but the hotel def needs some TLC. "
