Apartment style room was clean. Came with laundry & dish soap. Didn’t really hear any neighbor noise, parking was a little limited. Overall, great stay for our trip to DC and would definitely stay there again.

Kasa Del Ray Alexandria
Staff was responsive to a request to provide more lighting in the room. Parking behind the building was adequate. Several visitors to KASA had difficulty in determining which keypad to use for entry.

The water pressure from the sink faucet was a bit weak, and there was a faint unpleasant smell in the walkway, stairs, and near the entrance to my room (204), possibly due to its location at the back of the building.
