โEvery time we come here the hotel is clean, updated and the service/staff is excellent. Daily breakfast is great, and I always appreciate a noon checkout instead of 10 or 11. We will continue to come here when visiting Madison to see our daughter. โ
โI would like to mention the shuttle driver who drove the hotel shuttle to the airport at 6:30 AM on July 19. He checked my flight at the airport website in advance because it was raining with thunder and found that my flight from Madison to Chicago got canceled. Then he guided me to the counter of the American Airline in the airport and confirmed it together. In the meantime he called to the hotel and figure out the bus schedule to the Chicago airport. โWe were coming off a 13-hour car trip, and the thing I wanted more than anything was to use the whirlpool. I picked the hotel in part because was on the route and because it had the whirlpool and indoor pool. It was great!โ
