"The overall stay was amazing. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the shower had hot water and the beds were comfortable. The location was close to the train and the Brixton market and restaurants."
"We loved the character of the building, bed was very comfortable, restaurant had really good food. We found out there are comedy shows in the building, had a great time attending. Overall a great experience, would stay again!"
"bus stops very close to the area and a lot of dining places and fast food like KFC and McDo. I stayed in a single room with single bed and private bathroom (no door). The space is very tiny but is okay if you are frequently out."

"This was our 1st time in London and our 1st stay at CitizenM...and we were NOT disappointed! From the moment we walked in the doors, we loved the colors and ambiance of the style and decor and music! We were greeted immediately and taken care of with such friendly staff. The bar staff was extremely nice and friendly as we enjoyed getting our café every day.
The room was spacious enough for the 2 of us but we were also given a handicap room (which we don't have an handicap) so not sure if that makes the room bigger or same size as the king room we reserved. The ipad to control EVERYTHING from lights to shades to tv to setting the alarm...was so cool and convenient! The location is by Victoria Station so it was easy access to travel the tube or walk to main attractions. We truly enjoyed our stay!"
"Likely the smallest hotel room I ever stayed in. But the room size does not do just to the excellence of the room and the hotel. I booked likely the cheapest room of the hotel, so all other rooms must be larger. Still my small room felt very adequate - all the amenities were great. The bathroom was large and functional. Everything in the room just worked: the light switches were in the right places, for example. The shower was powerful. The provided toiletries like soap, shampoo were excellent. Quality is the feeling I was left with. Staff were great. Luggage store, pre-checkin, was very helpful. Hope to return to this hotel some day."
