The apartment is a large luxury apartment with many amenitities such as a jacuzzi tub, heated floors, in the batroom, and Netflix on the tv’s, and a washer and dryer. It’s in a great location close to everyting in a pedestrian zone. The only improvement I suggest is the blind in the upstairs bedroom is missing so the sun starts coming in early making it hard to sleep late.

Pros - Location was excellent, straight into the city but in a nice quiet street. Very spacious apartment - 3 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, large living room and dining room. Cons - - We booked the apartment because it stated (4 times in info) that parking was available. It’s not. We had to pay £60 to park nearby. - There is one single key for the main front door, the outside gate and the apartment door presumably meaning all the apartments have the same key - doesn’t seem safe or sensible. - You have to collect the key from somewhere a couple of hundred metres away which doesn’t seem much but when you have children and bags it is just hassle. - No floor mats in bathroom and 3 towels for 4. - No bowls and only 1 spoon! - Sheet on mattress too small - single on a double bed so didn’t stay in place and ended up sleeping on the very dirty mattress. - Only one dishwasher tablet. - No washing up liquid or dishcloth. - The smoke from someone else smoking in another apartment came through to ours meaning our apartment stank of smoke and all our belongings smelt of smoke. - Someone (probably same as smokers) rang our doorbell repeatedly at 2am. - Lift not working so had to carry all our belongings and a child who can’t walk up a very narrow spiral staircase to get to the apartment. - Cracked and loose tiles in the bathroom. - Shower upstairs doesn’t drain. - Downstairs shower sprays water all over the room and toilet because no shower door and shower is directed at the doorway.

Komfortable Wohnung m. dringendem Renovierg.Bedarf

Die Maisonette- Wohnung ist mitten im historischen Zentrum und grundsätzlich sehr schön. Leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen, ein paar Dinge funktionieren nicht ( Lift, Heizung nicht regulierbar) Aber für ein Wochenende durchaus akzeptabel. Leider hatten wir sehr laute und damit rücksichtslose Nachbarn, das hat unseren Aufenthalt getrübt. Eben ein altes Gebäude ohne Schalldämmung, schade. Für ältere Herrschaften oder Menschen mit Einschränkung nicht zu empfehlen, da der Lift nicht funktioniert.

Excellent, spacious, fully equipped, city centre

Perfect city centre location, can walk everywhere you need to go. Property is extremely spacious and clean. We stayed 5 nights so was good to have fully equipped kitchen. There is also Netflix on tv for those that need to quarantine for part of their stay. Property manager very responsive when we messaged about check in. We have now stayed in this property twice and would return again. The only small downside was we could never get the water for the shower hot enough so maybe some more instructions for the water heating would be good.

Luxurious apartment centre of Brno

Great location, can walk to all attractions. Apartment itself is so spacious, very clean fully equipped. Stayed for 10 nights so definitely good for both long and short term rental. Self check in easy. Excellent, comfortable, 5 star, would definitely stay again myself and recommend to others.
