“I put a clear notice on door to say I was on nights and I was sleeping. At 1230h a loud banging on door woke me. I was asked if I needed my room servicing!!! Why was I woken to be asked that!!!
The tv and microwave didn’t work, and the room carpet was wet by the door., ?why. Shared toilet/shower very inconvenient. Door handle falling off. The whole place seemed badly maintained”

“Not stopped in a YHA before but this was lovely. 3 bedded room to ourselves with private bathroom. Lovely old building with very helpful staff. Very close to everything in Stratford upon Avon would definitely stop again when visiting our friends in Tiddington. If you're a first timer like us please be aware.. no towels, TV or drink facilities in the room.”
