“The building looks/feels "old." Although clean, it's obviously getting long in the tooth.
The staff were welcoming and knowledgeable.
The door to our room needed a good hip/shoulder shove to open and shut. It had no plug-ins for internet/phone cables. The TV remote batteries died after an hour. One floor had a non-functioning ice-maker, and the other had nothing.
The complementary breakfast was adequate, but the egg selections in the chafing dish were cold.”

“The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was very clean and comfortable. My son loved the pool and the breakfast pancakes he could make for himself, a hit! All areas that I saw at the hotel were clean and well maintained.”
