Sunday morning at 9:30, there was no food (bread, muffins , etc), only coffee or tea, when asked the front desk, her reply was sorry we ran out and have not more.
same day, ask the front desk to make sure room is clean with fresh towels, we came back to the room at 4, still not cleaned, spoke with front desk again, she made a note, arrive back at the room at 7 PM, still room was not cleaned, spoke with front desk, she advised, sorry we dont have cleaning staff now, cant help you. ask to call the manager, she did and spoke with him on the phone, he was no help and told her to wait until the morning and in the morning I asked for him, I was told he is off.
ok now...went to have some breakfast, and again there was no food left, only tea and coffee. Front desk lady say sorry, no food left but brought frozen prepackaged muffins.
Normally the hotels I book via expedite were perfect in the past except for this one.
I would like to get a 1 night money refunded back to me, at the end my wife end up making the bed and doing the garbage.
please make the arrangements for a night money to be refunded back to me.
