This place is everything you need in one cottage trip. Convinient, beautiful, nice view, beautiful lake and very helpful and accommodating staff! The only bad thing I would say is the breakfast buffet at windows could use some work, would I go again definetly! Already looking to rebook for Aug

We absolutely loved Rocky crest! We were a family of 8 plus 2 dogs. We were able to use all of the amenities. We travelled with a teenager and a preteen. Our entire family was able to access all the water sports and inflatable obstacle course. We ate at two of the three restaurants and it was delicious! Staff were very helpful. They even gave us free marshmallows for the bonfire. I would say my only frustration is that there is only one bonfire accessible to all families by the lake and when Rocky Cruz is busy, there is not enough space for all families to enjoy this opportunity.

A bit disappointed that the water park wasn’t set up for the kids as this was something we went into the weekend looking forward to. But besides that, we had a blast at the pool and hot tub. The lifeguard on the dock was lovely and we got to use the canoes, paddle boat and water trampoline. The fire pit at night was also a nice end to the day. we left a very sentimental earring there passed down by my grandma on the bedside table and when we phoned, the front desk said it was there. When I emailed, they said they actually did not have it. So this too was disappointing. We are still looking to hear back from the cleaners to see if one of them have it. We were in room 52. We will definitely be back though and look forward to it.

The location is the best feature of this property. Unfortunately, the hotel itself and the guest rooms felt quite dated and in need of renovation. The patio furniture cushions were heavily worn and had lost most of their support, making them uncomfortable to use. We also experienced an issue with our bathroom door, which became stuck whenever it was closed and required significant force to reopen. During our stay, there was a wedding event and several groups of golfers staying at the property. The noise level was excessive, with loud conversations and disruptive behavior continuing until around 2:00 AM, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. On a positive note, the front desk staff were very friendly and professional, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient.
