"I never take the time to write reviews but the "very good" ratings seen online for this hotel are misleading. The entire hotel is dirty/filthy, stains all over the carpets, dirt and dust everywhere, okd crumbs and dirt in the rooms, dirty items and trash on the floors in the main halls, and the odor throughout the entire place is nauseating. Would never stay here again or recommend. "

"I was real surprised at teh way the room was ,under construction and i appreciate that but the couch that was in my room when seat on you go to the ground , the window curtain looked like someone poured coffee all ove it and i am not lieing it was strained from top to bottom. I understand you get what you pay for . But it was terrible. "

"The check in clerck was very friendly and accommodating. The motel was nice and clean and well maintained. The check out clerk acted like we were asking for too much when we asked for syrup for the waffles and for a receipt at check out."

"Nice hotel in the most perfect location. Close to the downtown Grandbury. Nice shops and restaurants nearby. "

"Vomit on the floor, roaches everywhere, hair in the bed. Just gross overall. We left due to the condition"

"Each rooms are like apartments. It comes with kitchen and living room. Restaurants, shops are right there. Great staff if you need anything. I stay here every time I visit my family. Only thing that I would like is a door man. No automatic door and there are stairs to the lobby. When you have a luggage, there is no one to open the door for you or help with the luggage. It’s a struggle for an old woman. "
