I’ve stayed here a couple times and have been pleased each time. The staff is very friendly. The property itself is a little older but if you’re looking for a safe and clean place to stay in Mineral Wells, you won’t be disappointed.

Good location. Clean, spacious rooms, beds are comfortable but pillows are too flat for my preference. Staff are always pleasant and helpful. We’ve been staying at this hotel several times a year for over ten years and have never had a bad experience.

My stay at this hotel was terrific. The staff was awesome, they were very friendly, very helpful. Anytime I had a question or needed help they were always there, always had a smile on their face. My stay here was wonderful.

Our room was clean, the front desk was very friendly upon check in and was very helpful in resetting the television. Housekeeping was amazing we were supplied with clean towels, and wash cloths daily, she was very polite and helpful. We will be staying here again when visiting in the future.

Pull out sofa was broken. Rollaway bed was super uncomfortable. Towels had seen better days. One small, slow elevator. Staff- super sweet. If you are desperate, stay there. If not, look elsewhere.
