โIt is an excellent restoration of a very old building. It was hard to carry suitcases up the steep stairs and the hours the desk was open is very constricted. The room was excellent and cleanliness was super.With the restaurant on main floor it was very quiet in our room as we had to go to sleep early due to early AM departure.โ

โIt was okay. Some of the staff are nice, but some are not.
I needed my car early in the morning (around 4 am) so had asked the valet service and the front desk several times about that in person since they donโt have the valet service that early. I was told that they would leave my car key on the front desk and pull my car out at front the previous night. I called again the previous night and double checked about that since I didnโt want to be late for my flight, but it turned out that there was...

"We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel, which made our trip to Boston even more special.
The location is unbeatable โ just a short walk from many major attractions, and only about 10 minutes from Back Bay Station. We walked everywhere during our stay! The hotel has a cafรฉ and a Mexican restaurant on the first floor, as well as a bar in the basement. Convenience stores and Whole Foods Market are nearby, which made it easy for us to grab fruits and snacks.
The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Communication was seamless and efficient โ we appreciated being able to reach them easily via text, and any requests we had were addressed promptly and thoughtfully.
Our room had a shared bathroom, but we were very impressed with how clean and well-maintained everything was. Towels were provided generously, and the shared bathroom and shower facilities were spotless. The bedding was also clean and very comfortable. Thereโs even a microwave available in the basement, which was a nice bonus.
Thanks to this hotel, our Boston trip was elevated to a whole new level. It was truly the perfect place for our family, and if we ever return to Boston, we wouldnโt hesitate to stay here again. We are deeply grateful for the warmth and dedication of the staff โ thank you for making our stay so memorable."
