โI had the time of my life, check in was not a struggle everything was smooth. The place is calm and elegant has the best stuff from the drivers,the resturant stuff and reception stuff all so kind and welcoming. I love that animals play close to the mountain rooms.

โVery friendly staff, very polite! Specially mention to Zachariah who was very engaging with recommendations of various locations to visit. Also one team member who although was just finishing his night shift, patiently kept the lift doors open while I finished my conversation with his colleague a reception. Great customer service!โ
โNewer building in great location. Short walk to mall where many dinning and grocery options are available. The rooms are quiet. Our two bedroom unit had a washing machine and full kitchen. While the security procedures can be bothersome, you will feel very safe. I greatly appreciate them allowing us to store our luggage here while on our week long safari (our luggage was limited due to the small aircraft)โ
โit was great comfy hotel overall. there are two things to be fixed. once for the breatfast, there should be more salad. its like im eating only meat and egg and others without any salad.
another one is slow wifi and it needs to be faster with more data allowed. almost every hotel provides wireless with indefinate data. but 500MB isnt enough to properly search things in internet even.โ
โWell this looked like a back house for maids. The 2nd bedroom light had no on and off switch so my kids had to sleep with their light on. We were 4 guests, but they had only placed 2 small cups for coffee. The doors inside were actually cupboard doors. The heater was a normal 2 bar heater instead of the aircon that was there. Definitely not worth the priceโ
