The staff were friendly and helpful..the rooms were clean and tidy and also the amenities were good...only one major issue is when there was a power failure for about 16 hours we didn't have any backup power supply from the hotel....other than that it was a great stay.

Good location, clean, secure spacious and had 2 parking bays allocated to the unit. There was a mix up with the booked unit but got complementary upgrade for inconvenience by the girls at the reception. Well done to the reception girls for a wonderful service.

The security of the apartments is so good. Cameras galore. The property itself is clean, minimalistic and has all the things you will need. Bed was a dream to sleep in, even my kid didn't wake up throughout the night. Only issues would be that the staff should run the water from the taps every now ...

I was also told I could not walk around... with 2 kids...that almost impossible. I was never offered a guide to walk us around. Lots of staff, all willing to work. But no service offered. That’s management not encouraging staff to do there job fully
