After 9 days of road tripping and staying in a different place every night, this was by far the best place we had stayed in for cleanliness and customer seevice

Bed was comfortable, no shampoo, tissues or biscuits provided which is normally standard provisions at most motels these days. We had a hot shower in the afternoon on arrival and it was great and we thought wonderful but alas when we tried to have one on our departure day it was freezing and so sign it would warm up, so we gave up.

The motel was good for the price. The check in process is absolutely ridiculous and took about half an hour and multiple phone calls. Not pleasant after a long drive. Its has a new bathroom and a kitchen and the bed was ok.

Quite a large 1 bedroom apartment with full kitchen. A lot of space compared to other places. We also had a small yard and chairs. Although they were quite weather worn and need replacing. Very happy with location and property overall

Three day trip to Broken Hill and the Sturt Motel was ideal for our purposes. Nice room and good facilities. Very clean, one of the cleanest we've been in. Would definitely recommend to others. Nothing not to like. Hope to return in a couple of years and would not only stay there but request the same room. Thanks to everybody concerned.

It was ok the room we stayed in was tiny, nothing like the pictures, you couldn’t open the wardrobe door because the fridge was blocking it! We had to leave our luggage in car it was that small!! Other rooms looked better so we might have drawn the short straw, but it was clean

Overall a pleasant stay. The room was immaculate with cutlery , coffee cups, tea and coffee. Felt safe with a fire extinguisher present in the room. A deep 'clean' smell. TV & Radio. Comfy bed.

We booked a Supreme Queen room and we paid via card ,the price on the web was $121 for the room after discounts. We received an email advising that we needed to check-in by 5pm or contact the office by phone. We arrived at 3.30pm to a reception not open, i rang the number given to me and held on for quite a few minutes, the receptionist was running between the motel and the caravan park across the road. We finally got our key and went to our room to find that we had a small room with a double bed not a queen. I then checked my emails to find i had been charged $131. I went to reception to sort it out but again no reception. I will never return to the Sturt Motel again, our friends that also stayed received the room that they booked. Also had no sleep as the light coming through the door and main windows was excessive. Overall rating. 1 but on a positive note the room was clean & tidy.
