Room was dirty. When I got there, I had to completely remake the bed. Hair in the tub, dirt and rocks under bathroom sink, stained towels and bedding, literally everywhere was filthy. The AC unit did not work in the room, just made it more humid. The pool area was so dirty with no towels available. ...
