โStayed here many times for work and also had a good stay. The food in the restaurant is exceptional and staff always happy to help. Will continue to come back. โ
โA tastefully and comfortably modernised pub in a somewhat downbeat village near the M1 and airport but surprisingly quiet. The M1 is white noise in the background. I couldn't hear the planes. Rooms in the pub's grounds were comfortable with parking right outside and the food was amazing, including breakfast. No soggy mushrooms! If I was a lone female traveller I would feel particularly safe here. Very happy that we broke our journey overnight and will definitely do so again. โ
โWe enjoyed our overnight stay at this venue. We liked the motel-style accommodation, which meant not only was noise limited, including further away from traffic, but also we could park our car beside the lodge. The room was user-friendly, though a little dingy, but it suited our purposes. It was clean and dog-friendly, so everything we wanted for a good price. We also enjoyed our meal and drinks at the venue and the prices were really reasonable. Would happily return if travelling through...
โMy one night stay went very smoothly.The staff were affable and attentive over help with the wifi and security. I missed not having a drink making facility in the room or a waste bin but appreciated the generous drinks freely available in the dining area. It proved a good, all round choice.โ
โThe parkland area around the hotel was a nice walk along with the walled garden. The staff was friendly and answered questions patiently. The breakfast and dinner at the restaurant was lovely. โ
โAll good. Especially the two young ladies at reception(sorry didnโt get their names). Very pleased with everything. Only slight disappointment was the lack of views from the window. Would 100% stay again but ask for room with better view. I live in Leicester and stayed in most of the hotels. This is definitely one of the better ones. Please donโt stay at the Hilton. Itโs disgusting โ
โVery near from the university (i went to visit my daughter) and 20 min walk to the city center. New hotel, nice rooms, good breakfast buffet, nice staff.โ
