"It was okay. The staff were very friendly and gave good lip service when I needed help, but it seemed like they were only partly listening. I had to ask twice to have my room cleaned during my week-long stay. It was a very small room, and having the overflowing trash and laundry for a week was inconvenient. Then, when they finally did clean it, they missed a lot of surfaces, and it was not overly clean to start with. I had to wipe down the fridge and coffee areas before I used them. The toilet started to overflow one day, and I asked the staff to check it while I was out for the day. I returned to find it in the same condition, and I had to ask again. I am a reserved person and it stresses me out when I have to ask multiple times for a service I already paid for. The air conditioner basically just blew hot air, and I didn't want to open the window because the car rental company had their area right outside and they were constantly vacuuming vehicles, smoking, and spraying stinky cleaner. There was a door that led from the lobby to the area where the rooms are. It has a sticky opening mechanism that sounded like someone was beating on it whenever it was opened because it required so much force. Fortunately, not too many people were using that entrance during the night/early morning, but my room was right by that door and it was very, very loud. I didn't travel to stay in the room, so it was overall okay for the price, but not that great."

"My room on the back side was great — comfortable bed & linens, a nicely equipped bathroom, good blackout curtains, and all very clean. Great location, easy walking to all the attractions, the included breakfast was decent and the staff at breakfast were super. The only negative for me was the high price for parking - $18/night."

"This is a beautiful location right on the water with views that are incredible. The unit itself was very clean and had great features. There are trails right by the property so no need to drive. We highly recommend this property and we will definitely be back for a longer stay next time."

"The rooms were lovely, but I would not stay here again. I had messaged days before my stay to request early check-in. They answered via Expedia promptly and stated that I would need to call the day of, which was fine. When I landed, I called and left a message (12:00 p.m.). I did not receive a call back. I called again about an hour later and again, I left a message (1:00 p.m.). When I checked in, I mentioned it and received the response that it had been a very busy morning. They were able to accommodate an early check-in, which was very appreciated. On Saturday morning (9:00 a.m.), I realized that although my hairdryer turned on, it was only blowing cold air. I called and again left a message, stating the problem. However, I was at a conference all day and would not have time to call back or go to the office. If someone could kindly drop off a new hairdryer (they were welcome to enter the room) and call me back. No one returned my call or replaced the hairdryer. Moving forward, I will choose a more traditional hotel model."
