“The location was perfect, right at the top with easy access to all of the city. It had an amazing view and was quite quaint. The service was top notch. She greeted us as we arrived and made sure we knew everything about the place and gave us help to find anything else in the city. The room was quite spacious and had an actual King size bed. “Well situated for the wedding we were attending. Staff excellent.
The room could have been cleaner, jelly babies under the settee, stains on walls from large spillages and dirty bathroom door. Toilet at the front and floor needed extra clean.
Needed a deep clean. Bleach stains on the cushions (shame as it looked perfect).
The bed was perfect though.
Could have done with extra coffee/sugar for the two night stay, we probably could have asked.”
