One day we had to leave early in the morning, way before the breakfast hours, to take ferry to egadi islands. The staff was really nice, packed a take away breakfast, so we can take it with us on the trip.”

“Ottimo albergo situato nei pressi della marina di Castellammare del Golfo. La zona è tranquilla, seppur vicinissima al centro. Le camere sono accoglienti e pulite, e alcune dispongono di un balcone. La colazione continentale è di buona qualità, e il personale si è dimostrato sempre cortese e disponibile. Comodissimo il parcheggio privato, un vero valore aggiunto dato che Castellammare è un borgo ricco di zone ZTL. Tutto lo staff della reception è stato squisito, ma desidero rivolgere un...

“Erice was the top of a nine day trip. Good room (bed, bath) at the entrance of the town, good restaurant (excellent view from hilltop, excellent food and house wine), helpful staff. Highly recommend this place! We had an argument about our hand-written dinner bill. (We were wrong.) The manager handed the situation professionally: no matter that he is right or wrong, the guest is a respected “king”.”

“The hotel has a beautiful view and the pool was nice, although smaller than expected. Breakfast was decent, but there were too many cakes and sweet pastries, with limited Western breakfast options. Food refills were also quite slow. The drinking glasses at breakfast often had visible water marks and didn’t look properly clean, which could be improved. The hotel would benefit from some renovation to keep it looking fresh. The staff at reception were polite but not particularly warm or welcoming....

“Bonito Hotel ,pero gestión de los imprevistos podría ser mucho mejor a este precio,a nosotros no nos abría la puerta por que la cerradura eléctrica se atascaba pues nos tuvieron esperando delante de la habitación unos 20 minutos con altas temperaturas hasta que alguien resolvió el problema provisional por que seguíamos toda la estacia con ese problema”
