This hotel has beautiful clean quiet rooms. The restaurant and bar are excellent as are the staff. The only negative is the location, there is nothing within a walkable distance. It cost 45€ to Uber to the Great Place, which was worth it.

Very convenient from Brussels National Airport and I often stay here en route with Brussels Airlines to Africa. Easy to get a free airport transfer. Good breakfast and restaurant. My only complaint last visit was that the early morning wake up call didn't happen. They seemed to have a problem with the automated service, so set you own alarm as well if you can

I did not go .I asked just to change the date a couple of days because my brother in law died and I needed to support my family and change my plans .they refused even if they had availability .it is unacceptable.I will never go to their hotel ever again
