No airconditioning - even in september, my room was uncomfortably hot in afternoon. No one on site before 3pm, so not possible to drop off luggage if you arrive earlier - a major inconvenience. Room also did not smell fresh.

Apparthotel in the center of Leuven, seemingly in a building converted from offices. Stay was good, quiet (despite some reviews saying the contrary), and above all excellent location. The receptionist was extremely nice and helpful (but note: there is no 24/7 reception, only afternoon/evening). Rooms could use a bit of a refresh, they felt slightly tired and soulless, and the lighting was quite dim without being stylish. The art may be a question of taste. These were cosmetic rather than fundamental issues. Overall it was perfect for my purpose, better for a university conference than romantic getaway.

The room was clean and pretty big, but wasn’t particularly nice looking. The addition of the small kitchen and table are great if you’re planning on staying multiple nights. Couldn’t figure out the AC and the fan did very little to keep the room cool during the nights.

Great location but no air conditioning in the summer is a drawback. You have to keep the windows open for airflow with the occasional bug coming in. The kitchenette is a nice touch.

The property was showing the age, but still good for your needs. The door was very small, hard to notice. I ended up spending an hour trying to get into the big neighboring gym of the same name. The elevator was out of order from the beginning to the end of my three nights stay and it seemed the repair would take longer to happen. The reception was nice to help me carrying the suitcase up and repeated that the repair was coming the next day. It would be nice if there a little shelf or a simple anything in the bathroom to hold the little bag of tooth brush and other cleaning necessities. I had to carry all of baggages from the 3d floor down when leaving in the morning when the reception was not available. The kitchen was good but lacked a kettle for those who had to drink hot or boiled water. Also, a toaster would be great.

I have no idea why this place is allowed to list such place on hotels.com. the room was not clean, the shower was broken in hot weather I had to shower in a broken shower...no staff was at the reception so no one was there to help. The window was broken and I couldn't close it and so the noise outside didn't allow me sleep...with the same price I could go to a more reasonable place but thought the location compensate for everything else which didn't
