Dommage que l’hôtel n’autorise pas les clients en déplacement professionnel à conserver des produits alimentaires au frais, ni à maintenir un pain de glace au congélateur. La réception m’a indiqué qu’il s’agissait d’une question d’hygiène. J’en conclus donc que les nombreux autres hôtels dans lesquels je séjourne régulièrement (2 à 3 nuits par semaine), et qui permettent ce genre de demande, ne respecteraient pas les normes d’hygiène ? Cela me semble difficile à croire. Ce type de service est pourtant un minimum pour les voyageurs professionnels qui transportent des produits périssables.
