“camera pulita, personale cordiale, ampia colazione”

“The room is basic and clean. We only needed it for one night, so as a place to sleep it was fine. The best parts were the front desk staff. One helped us with getting a spot to charge our electric car on the fly, even though we hadn't reserved a spot. The other, when our plans had changed and we couldn't stay for the breakfast we'd paid for, packed two very lovely breakfast bags for us to take with us on the road. Budget hotel with luxury hotel staff.”

“Clean and good condition Surprised to see all guide in Korean too The lady at the reception was really kind and friendly, thanks!! Good location for me and it was really impressed Recommend to all Koreans to visit Karlstad as the lady like Korean Thanks!! (For the coke!)”

“Perfekt hotell för genomresa!”

“Staff was friendly and really helpful. After returning home, I needed a receipt for reimbursement. I asked for a receipt and they provided me one soon after the request.Thank you.”

“Rimelig hotell sentralt i gågata i Karlstad.”

“Friendly, helpful young staff. Big breakfast buffet. Walls and carpet in hallway needed repairs/replacement in some places, but room was fine.”

“Hyggelig personale, fine rom (oppusset). God mat.”
