โThe hotel staff were wonderful. Each morning the staff helped me navigate to the meeting sites for my tours. They contacted a bus company on my behalf when I had departure site questions. The laundry service was good. The hot shower and water pressure was great. Each room is decorated according to a design theme. Hotel was close to museums and the University Square.โ

โA great location - 10 mins from the old town and 5 mins to a tube station. We only used tge tube on one day and walked to everything else. Reception are supposed to be there 7am to 7pm, but seem to wander off! However, they are very speedy to arrive if you WhatsApp or ring the number displayed. It's a small hotel (18 rooms) so that's why there isn't a 24 hour reception. Everything is very new with lovely feather pillows and duvets and a nice bathroom with fluffy towels.
