“Amazing. So charming and so close to walk to everything if visiting a college student. Breakfast included too and 24-7 coffee tea and water!”

“깔끔하고 방도 넓고 친절합니다. 1층 식당도 음식이 괜찮았던 것 같습니다.”

“In General, it was nice place to stay. Staff in front desk is absolutely kind and supportive. Payment system is THE problem. It made a payment twice everyday automatically and hotel staff has nothing to fix during the weekend. ”

“This hotel room is cleaned every 3 days. On the 1st cleaning day, only towels were replaced, but no bed sheets and no pillow covers were replaced. On the 2nd cleaning day after 3 days later, I asked to clean the room in the morning, but no one showed. So I went to front desk and requested cleaning the room, then front desk replied cleaning would last until 5 pm, so she asked me to wait. When I came back at 7pm, the room wasn't cleaned, so the bed sheets and pillow covers were never replaced...

“Staff was friendly and attentive, had an issue with the A/C and someone came right up to help with it. Room was clean and very nice. Good breakfast.”

“Downtown and accessible to many things. The hotel had excellent service. I would stay there again.”

“Good 👍”

“You know what you get there. We've stayed many times. The only weak area is the breakfast. The fruit is often overripe, the oatmeal is not hot, and everything sits out for a long time.”

“Excellent Hotel! Very nice, clean, cozy, and super friendly staff! Great location for Cleveland Clinic and walking distance to each building. Would highly recommend!”
