“The staff were wonderful, and the location can't be beat. We unwound each night with a half-pint on the beautiful terrace that is set along the riverbank. The building is a lovely old hodge-podge of levels. We were at the top of it, which involves a stairs-climb that could be hard for some. There is ample parking (very welcome!). “Excellent stay. Great staff, very helpful, polite and really couldn’t do enough for you. The hotel was in a great location. Superb views, very clean and well presented throughout. The spa and treatment rooms were again exceptional. Breakfast was a continental style. Again, no food issues. Note: you do have to pay extra for an English breakfast etc….. Overall great value for money and would recommend. I’m sure we will return.”
