The property was good with great metro connection to the tourist spots. The cleaning service was good cleaned everyday and provided new water bottle everyday. Two supermarkets in 30m Drawbacks - the kitchen did not have a microwave we had to request and wait for 2 days to get it. They call it a 4star Hotel but it is definitely not.

The rooms were very spacious and of family comfort/good location. The hotel management very poor, sewage smell in the rooms and surrounding, the same poorly prepared breakfast served each morning. Staff are not very friendly with passing on the right information customers needed. A little bit of TLC and staff training will up lift the hotel standard.

There was nothing four star about this hotel. The place was completely run down and the hot food at the breakfast was inedible. Bar was out of order the whole time. When asked the staff had no answers. I would definitely not stay here again.

Great location for visiting Budapest. Only downside was that the rooms did not have air conditioning, and due to the close proximity of the metro, pedestrian traffic could be a little noisy and/or drunk in the later hours. Overall, not a deal breaker, but it may be an issue for light sleepers.

worst hotel

Absolutely terrible. Even when I came to check in, the manager didn't even look at me, and didn't make me check in a while. He was just doing his work, and even didn't tell me to wait or any other things. Also the room condition was also terrible. Even though it is "4 stars" hotel, there were many things not cleaned, trashcan had been broken, and also the shower booth door had been broken either. Cleaning lady came inside without knocking door although I had already put the "do not disturb" mark on the door handle. Lastly it was very hot days, there was AC controller, but didn't even work although I set it with lowest temperature. Everything was just terrible, and not recommend this "4 start" hotel. It does not worth it.

Behagelig hotel i roligt kvarter.

Et hyggeligt hotel ikke langt fra midt byen, metro station lige i nærheden, så nemt at komme til midt byen. Personalet var meget venlige og der var rent på værelset, der var et lille køleskab, hvilket var et stort plus, god seng og der stod hver dag en ny stor flaske vand. Morgenmaden var ikke helt i topklasse, men der var det der skulle være og lagde en god bund. Absolut et hotel der kan anbefales også ligger det i et meget roligt kvarter. Tak for 3 behagelig overnatninger.

Merkeze biraz uzak ama metro ile ulaşım çok rahat. Aile odasında kaldık. Odalarda balkon vardı. Güzeldi, mutfak vardı, banyo temizdi. Tek yıldızı yataktan kırdım, kenarlara doğru deformeler başlamıştı. Kahvaltı normaldi, çeşit gün gün değişiyordu. Fiyat performans kahvaltısı.
