Our host Luca was awesome, she went over and above to help us. She gave great information to help us with our trip: shopping, transportation places to eat. Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely cannot say enough good things about this place. Located right near lots of things to do and see, as well as the bus and tram lines to everywhere else, our hostess Viktoria was very patient and extremely helpful in answering any questions we had of Budapest and the property, and the apartment was beautiful and spacious, with all the things we needed for me and my kids to stay comfortably for a week.

My family of 7 stayed at the Grand Budapest Apartments for two weeks in the beginning of October. It is centrally located in downtown Budapest. The location is great and very close to transit hubs and shopping / grocery and other attractions. We felt safe walking around the area as a large or small group. The host Viktoria was super and checked in with me before our stay to make sure we had a ride from the airport to the property and helped us find the place for check in (which was an early check in as well). She was great throughout the stay and promptly responded to all of our messages when we needed anything. We had a 3 bedroom suite with full kitchen and laundry. The suite was bright and clean when we arrived and ready for us. There were a few items that were broken (cupboard door hinge and the kitchen table leg and a folding chair on the balcony) but these were minor issues. The whole building was pretty quiet and the stay was enjoyable! I would recommend this property to anyone. Thanks for a great time!

Super friendly staff that helped us with an easy check in/Check out. Also booked transfer from and to airport with a super proffessional driver. Evreything went very smooth and easy. The apartment was big enough for us 8 girls staying. For improvments - it would have been great to have schampoo and condtioners in the showers. the location is great, walkable distance to the central and plenty of resturants and bars in the area.

Hotels.com lied about there being AC in the bedrooms, but the property host did not; although there was only one split during a heat wave, there are blackout blinds that allowed us to keep the apartment cool, and the host provided additional fans on request. The concierge/receptionist was truly lovely in every way and helped us pre-arrange taxis with car seats provided and gave good family-friendly recommendations for things to do in Budapest!

Exceptional service, location and cleanliness.

Thanks to Amanda and the team for an excellent stay. The property is located perfectly for exploring Budapest, was very clean and well maintained and had ample amenities and space for my needs. Communication and check in / check out instructions were very clear. All in all, a very easy, very pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend Grand Budapest Apartments for business or personal travel, and will stay here again if I am ever back in Budapest.

A very special birthday!

Myself and 3 friends had a fantastic stay at Grand Budapest Penthouse. I had mentioned to Luca that we were celebrating my birthday and they put a bottle of wine, bottle of champaign, and a box of chocolates in my room! They helped make my celebrations extra special. The room was clean and in a great location. Luca offered to help us book a river boat tour, offered recommendations, and was very helpful. Super friendly service!

Used as a base for the Hungarian Grand Prix. Perfect location for public transport and access to the Budapest nightlife, within minutes of the Ruin Bars. From the outside, the building looks tired but the apartment was modern, clean and met all our needs. The communication from Amanda and the team was fantastic, from the start when needing to access the building after hours, arrival tea/coffee in property, recommended bars and restaurants, offers of transfers to the airport, extra towels, easy check out - they couldn't do enough for us, they were amazing.

We had a great 3 night stay here. Luta was very helpful as she made suggestions about the arra and also asked how things arw ith the apartment. The area is safe and close to everything we need including some of the must-see areas like the Synagogue, Basilica and the New York Cafe. Its not perfect but very few things I wished was better like better/more toiletries and maybe instructions on how to use the apartment facilities like the window blinds. Btw, thank you for the welcome drink! It made our day coming from the airport.

Perfect stay

It was much better than expected. Location is at a calm place about 10 min walk to center of Pest. A few minutes walk to metro station. Lots of shops and eating, drinking places around. Reception girl, Luca, is very helpful And friendly. Apartment is clean, comfy and has everything you would need, even a balcony. Coffee machine, owen, washing machine, dish washer, hair dryer, kettle etc. Tv had over 300 channels. Honestly cant think of something negative about this stay.
