Close to the restaurant and shopping. Location is really good. Same day laundry service available across the street for a few USD. Breakfast was mostly continental style. Convenience store next door. Room and bathroom cleaned daily. Free WiFi in room and lobby.

The staff are what makes this hotel a gem! Our stay was comfortable, our room always clean but above and beyond were the warm and friendly greetings from the front desk, breakfast, and housekeeping.

Great hotel. We stayed here for 3 nights. We felt very welcomed and safe (locked lobby and 24 hr front desk). Bens/Recoleta is central to many attractions, some less than a 15min walk. The staff was always friendly and greeted us with a smile. They serve a delicious breakfast every morning. A great stay for a trip to Buenos Aires.

BENS Hotel was really wonderful. I knew it would be good based on other reviews, but it still surprised me. I got a flavor for it when I was at the airport and was trying to find my ride. An employee was helping me and asked where I was going. I said BENS Ricoleta and she just stated "Ohhh, that's a really nice place." I won't say it was luxurious, but it was nice and met my high expectations. I will say the staff was practically perfect and are the real treasure at BENS. Other items: they provided me with walking tour information and suggestions for where to go for a variety of items. One odd, but big, plus was the fact that the had a drugstore located right next door and I raided that place for snacks far more than I should have. The breakfasts were perfectly fine with the selection being very consistent (scrambled eggs, sliced sausage (I think they were just hot dogs), four different breads for toasting and condiments for them, and a fairly wide assortment of pastries. Quite good. But, as I said earlier, the highlight of them all is the staff. Very helpful, patient, and pretty good English speakers.

I enjoyed my 6 night stay at this hotel with great staff always available to assist with queries and suggestions, a spacious studio type room and a decent selection for buffet breakfast. All the staff here were very helpful, knowledgeable and were eager to help especially Facundo. Would recommend staying here as a cheaper alternative to Recoleta/Palermo.
