It’s not too far from the center of the city. When we checked in the first night, there was hair and dirt in the bathtub. There was NO air conditioning in the room. The temperature was a bit warm for us even during at night. We turned on 2 fans but my husband was unable to sleep with the air blowing to his face. The room is old, view is not that pretty either. The stairs to go to your room is steeped, not convenient for old people. The buffet was okay. Nothing special but nothing really bad. It was uncomfortable for us the whole stay and if was definitely not worth the price we paid.

쏘쏘

방에서 담배냄새가나서 불쾌했어요. 그리고 변기에 똥물 튄 흔적이 고스란히 있었어요. 퇴실후 변기를 아예 청소하지 않았다는거죠. 소독제로 닦고 썼네요. 담배냄새때문에 방바꿔달라했지만 당장 옮길수없다고함. 다음날 방 옮겨줌. 옮긴방은 상태 괜찮았어요. 위치때문에 비오는 날 그랩이 잘 안잡히더라구요. 첫날 방컨디션이 안좋았던거말고는 대체적으로 만족합니다. 달랏에 길게 묵으실때 아니면 관광위치로는 조금 안좋은 것 같아요. 다음에 달랏에 가게된다면 시내?쪽에 묵으려구요.

가족여행으로 방문했는데 너무 좋았어요!! 스탭분들도 모두 친절하구요. 시내랑 떨어져있어서 불편한 점도 있지만 중간에 숙소 옮긴걸 후회할만큼 더 있고싶었답니당 또 방문하고싶어요:-) 아 don’t disturb같은 표시할 수 있도록 하면 좋을 거 같아요 청소시간이 너무 일러서 조식먹고 오니 청소하고 계셔서 당황했답니다ㅠㅠ요부분만 개선되면 좋을듯!

3년만에 두번째 방문인데 역시 굿

체그인을 오전 8시30분에 해주셔서 피곤한 새벽비행의 피로를 공짜로 해소했네요.맨 아래 방갈로(디럭스패밀리)라서 계단 올라다니느라고 운동 많이 했지만 아름다운 마운틴 뷰로 다 해소되었어요.실외 수영장도 아주 좋아 싫것 이용했습니다.직원들 모두 매우 친절합니다. 시내에서 조금 떨어져 있어 조용한 힐링휴가용 단골숙소로 괜찮네요.

Very nice and quiet place. Staff is very welcoming and friendly, however when we asked the reception for the use of sauna (which had to be pre-booked), they completely forgot to turn it on in time and make it ready. After complaining, they’ve turned it on but it was still too cold to use it.

Heerlijk hotel, fijn buiten de drukte van de stad, mooi uitzicht en een prachtig zwembad. Interieur kamers achterhaald, vies tapijt in de kamer en het bed was hard. Ontbijt zeer uitgebreid.

room was not ready at 2pm check in, had to wait, when it was ready, was not completely clean yet, i think because i hurried them... asked for drinks, the receptionist nodded but did nothing, when asked again, he told me to go upstairs to restaurant to order? basically ignored us, breakfast staff pretend not to notice your request, staff was not nice at all, except a young slender man with glasses, he was terrific, the rest were so rude and ignored us when we ask for help. i like the room, was nice and they have nice plants and garden but the staff service and unfriendliness and attitude and the worst breakfast in the world, all breakfast food was inedible, was disappointing enough for us to check out and find another hotel even if we dont get our money back. .also i know is Vietnam but i just dont like seeing beautiful birds in cages everywhere, i guess i should not go to Vietnam...also the view is not so nice with the greenhouse farms everywhere and only a small patch of forest,

Comfortable and nice staying

The staff are friendly, nice and willing to help. The place is comfortable with nice swimming pool. The breakfast is quite good. We also have lunch and dinner here with Vietnamese food which is a good choice, reasonable price. In general, highly recommended :)

Tất cả các tương đối hài lòng, riêng đồ ăn lại không được ăn Buffe.. ngoài ra gia đình mình có thuê xe vì là xe của KS khi mình thuê thì mình bị tính qua đêm... Thành 180k. Bạn đầu mình được tư vấn không rõ, nên cảm thấy chưa hài lòng lắm ! Còn tất cả chuyến đi đều hài lòng.

When we got there we were shown to a room quite different than the one we saw online that was booked. They claimed it was the same type of room but it was clearly inferior. Communication wasn't great, but they did give us the proper room the next day after complaining and speaking with the manager.

incredibly charming

this was a delightful stay at a great value. The room has a wonderful treehouse like feel, and the natural light and landscaping our fantastic. Staff is incredibly kind, and it's a short motorbike ride into town.

Front desk and driver were friendly and helpful. Most impress with reception. However, people worked in the cafe-restaurant were terrible. They did not greet or smile to customers. Most horrible thing was they allowed other customers to smoke in the dining area which clearly marked non-smoking.

Perfect in every way!

We loved our stay in Zen Valley so much! It was quiet, beautiful, the staff were friendly and helpful, the restaurant- delicious and we can't wait to come back, just to stay here again and enjoy the newly built pool and fitness center (which are coming soon).

Smukt, rummeligt og med god udsigt.

Meget flot hotel, med en vidunderlig udsigt og et stort og rummeligt smukt værelse. Rigtig god service fra personalet. Dog er maden i hotellets restaurent ikke den bedste, og der er lige lidt vej ind til byen. Jeg ville tage tilbage til hotellet, det var rigtigt godt.
