Me voy muy desconforme con el d estrato del personal de recepción, vendieron dos veses el apart q yo había alquilado y desp. de haber maltratado a mi esposa ni siquiera recibimos una disculpa... El apart, muy poco mantenimiento para lo que cobran...Si no reclamo la factura varias veces, no se si me la envían. La verdad desepcionado de la gente q trabaja en Callao Plaza Suit, no volvería.

Callao Plaza Suites

Convenient and safe location. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The famous bookstore "El Ateneo" it's is only 200 meters from the place. Walking distance to several iconic places, but is also possible to get a taxi, UBER or public transport 8in this situation you must buy and charge a local card named SUBE). For the summer season, there is a swimming pool, which an oasis in Buenos Aires city. Fitness space is limited.

soy cliente de esa firma, pero es la 1ra vez que voy a esa direccion, siempre voy a Callao al 1000 y al 1200. Lamentablemente tengo que decir que , si bien la ubicacion es buena, al entrar al dpto, el olor a humedad de las alfombras dejo mucho que desear, cosa que no pasa en los otros ya que no tienen. Eso deberian de solucionarlo en breve, porque los 2 dias que estuve tuve que abrir las ventanas de otra manera era imposible permanecer. Por lo demas todo correcto-

La verdad horrible . El edificio de afuera y las cosas generales bien . Moderno . Limpio . El departamento horrible . Una de oracion malisima. La cama espantosa , llegamos a ls 12 de la noche con bebé y la llave debíamos buscarla a 3 cuadras . UN DESASTRE!!!

No fue lo que esperabamos, nunca avisaron ni desde la página hoteles.com ni desde el hotel, que el check in se debía hacer en otra dirección, llegamos a la dirección apuntada en el boucher y nos mandaron a otro hotel, allí se debía hacer primero el check in para luego volver al edificio donde tienen los departamentos, tuvimos que cargar con las valijas por la calle, tanto para el check in como para el check out... la habitación estaba sucia, los acolchados y almohadas rotos y manchados, los muebles en mal estado, faltaban manijas, pedí una habitación para 3 y me dieron una con 2 camas de la cual una de ellas era un sillón, nunca nos dejaron shampoo, crema enjuaje ni jabon, cuando hicimos el reclamo nos trajeron 1 SOOBRE DE CADA UNO, pareció una tomada de pelo siendo que era obvio que 3 personas necesitan 3 sobres de shampoo... eso en rasgos generales...no volvería ni recomendaría este lugar a nadie más.

Una lástima porque realmente por la ubicación y las características tienen todo para ser un excelente hotel. Llegué y me comentaron que por un problema de infraestructura me debían entregar otra unidad en otro edificio. No me pareció descabellado así que acepté sin problemas. La suite era cómoda y realmente muy bien ubicada. La habían preparado para un solo huésped y eramos 2. Llamé y avise y me prometieron corregir la situación al día siguiente. Nunca lo corrigieron. Al entrar me comentaron que el servicio de limpieza se hace día de por medio. Nunca fueron, pasé toda mi estancia con la habitación sin limpiar, las mismas toallas, y al último comprando jabón y shampoo porque el servicio nunca fue. Llamé y con excelente predisposición les comenté que no habían limpiado que por favor al otro día pasen. Me dijeron que sin falta..... todavía los estoy esperando. Cuando pedí el libro de quejas me dijeron que no tenían.

Poderia ser melhor

Apartamento próximo a metrô e avenidas principais como Av. Santa Fé e Av. Córdoba. Facil acesso a linha de metro e várias linhas de ônibus. Ao lado de vários restaurantes e mercados. Não há serviço de quarto, os porteiros do prédio são bem atenciosos. Há limpeza a cada 2 dias no quarto. Não gostamos quanto a estrutura do apartamento: 1 - foi solicitado apartamento para fumantes (nos deram esta opção no expedia) quando chegamos lá, não existe esta opção. É proibido fumar nas dependências do prédio. 2 - o box do banheiro é de cortina, horrível para tomar banho e a agua vaza pelo banheiro todo, molhando o carpete do corredor que já está até um pouco mofado e com cheiro ruim. 3 - a chave é retirada em outro local, o que é muito ruim quando você está cheio de malas, ou seja, você desce do taxi em outro local, pega a chave e depois vai andando até o apartamento carregando as malas pesadas pelo meio da rua. Se você procura uma boa localização, e bom custo benefício vale a pena.

El que me adjudicaron en remplazo incomodo

La contratacion realizada en el establecimiento no se cumplio ya que al llegar se me adujo problemas edilicios. Me trasladaron a otro establecimiento, el cual y por razones de respeto a todo el que lea este comentario prefiero no calificar, resumiendo una verguenza. No volveria a contratar por Hoteles ya que no respetan los contratos y dado que no hay penalizaciones para estos, es una buena forma de pagar por algo que no lo vale y sentirse un reen por no tener otra alternative al llegar al establecimiento y otros lugares consultados ya estaban completos. Ojala que se publique este comentario para que otros pasajeros eviten contratar este lugar que se vende con buenas fotos y luego no le ofrecen lo contratado. El resto de la estadia para olvidarlo, si uno no pretende enfermarse por la forma de actuar del personal y evadir responsablilidades de atencion a un pasajero.

O atendimento do pessoal do escritório , portaria e da limpeza é muito bom. São muito atenciosos. A localização do edifício é excelente . Falta manutenção e cuidado com as toalhas e roupa de cama , por exemplo- velhas e até um pouco rasgadas. O piso do apartamento era carpet, com manchas de umidade. Os utensílios de cozinha existem, porém as panelas são praticamente impossíveis de usar, pois estão velhas e em mau estado. No balanço geral valeu a pena ter estado lá. Apesar de estes pequenos problemas , voltarei a alugar temporariamente um apartamento lá.

The phone line was down during the whole stay (4 nights). For those without cellular roaming, it is painfull to be isolated, unable to receive or make a single call. Extremely noisy neighbors returning at 5 am from the disco. and turning on loudly their Colombian music. No staff was available at that time. Doors are old and walls pretty thin...

Un lindo departamento al que le falta mantenimiento (sabanas y toallas muy gastadas,focos quemados en el baño y la habitacion) y detalles ,como cortinas de blackout para poder oscurecer.Poca aislacion al ruido de la calle.
