Legitimately sold my room to someone else with all my stuff in there. And yes I had a handful of things missing. I didn’t want to complain about the fact that the place is pretty run down, but I dont have to the service was so poor it’s enough of a reason to avoid it. I didn’t get refunded or even given any type of compensation just a guy that said my bad. I got my ray bans stolen and some gifts I had for family back home. My room didn’t have toilet paper. When was given another room the sheets were stained. Changed to another room and was ok but I decided to not even spend the night there again. Avoid if possible You can get much better for the same price
