Highly recommend this hotel. On perhaps the noisiest and least tranquil day of the year, they were an oasis. Helpful staff, but unobtrusive. And the breakfast was superb.

The room was clean. The beds were comfortable enough. 4/5 stars because I had issues in the bathroom. The shower floor had a large crack in it and when I showered the floor got questionably soft and unstable, I am sure it was leaking into the space below. I didn't shower there again out of fear. The staff was very nice and they will store your luggage if you arrive before your check-in time.

The staff were extremely helpful and speaking English. They were able to arrange a cab for us on arrival to BA airport which was very reassuring. Very clean hotel and room. Would love to have able to use the bar in the evening but it shut at 5pm. Would highly recommend if considering staying.

The Tango themed room is very comfortable with floor to ceiling windows, about 12 ft high. Staff were welcoming and extremely helpful before we got here, arranging transportation from the cruise port and subsequently to the airport. The hotel is lovely and in the middle of seemingly everything. We have been able to walk everywhere, and there are many restaurants and shops close by. I cannot imagine staying at any other hotel if we are in Buenos Aires again. There is a very impressive buffet breakfast that runs until 10:30 in the morning, including egg sausage cheese, meat, a generous assortment of pastries, fruit. There are elevators, always a plus in European hotels. For the price we paid for our stay, it is one of the best bargains we have had in a very long time.
