Mérit San Telmo by Amérian
Mérit San Telmo is a beautiful hotel in a great position in BA. It is very close to all the central amenities. The room was spacious and very clean and the staff were helpful. Breakfast was good. I think this hotel is under rated.

La Fresque Hotel
Great central location, spacious room, friendly staff. Good communication through WhatsApp while there. Door locked at all times for good security. Lots of places to eat/shop in walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!
