"가성비 짱짱 호텔이라는 후기보고 갔는데 정말 좋았습니다!! 깨끗하고 수건도 넉넉하구요! 특히 침대가 진짜 푹신해서 아침이 되는줄도 모르고 푹 잤습니다!! 그래서 조식을 놓치긴했지만 아쉽지 않았어요. 주변은 조용한 주거단지라서 볼거리는 없지만 번화가인 전북대학교를 오가는 버스들이 많아서 한옥마을이나 덕진호를 오가기에는 문제 없을 것 같아요! 다음에 또 올게요!"

Keep in mind because this is a historic building, that while there are certain modern amenities like a hair dryer, there is not a full size shower or full size towels, just hand size towels. "Property seems almost finished. Lobby smelled like fresh paint and our balcony doors still had construction tapes. Good location and clean room. Bathroom was a typical wet Korean style, which means shower w no stall or doors that would leave half the bathroom floor wet. Sink was also leaky"
