Firstly, regualr booking with hotel.com. this is the first time encounter that hotel staff told us they did not have any bookings from hotel.com. luckily i prepared my confirmation print out to show them. Was nearly intend to book a room on the spot if really cant find our reservation, luckily the room is cheap in the area. After about 30mins like dat, finally was settled. Give me a sense that the staff is either lazy or inexperienced. Want me to call hotel.com myself, which i tried few times still engage. Till she stand up to take the phone and do the calling. She expect me to speak with them but it was spoken in malay, i spoke in english. I tell her i don understand. Than she took everything over.. While she on the phone with expedia, the person was guiding her to register my info. In the end the conclusion i ask her why did not receive my reservation, she said is hotel.com did not inform them. I already email to hotel.com, hope i can get a satisfy answer!
Secondly, i book deluxe room compare to my family they all book superior. The room nothing special. I cant see the difference, my room vadilation is dam poor, the room is full of cig small, whole night inhaling it. We have no choice, remember me hotel was full. We are regular there. Their service is better than this hotel we stay. . Air con is very good, cold enough, but if to sleep with this temperature will be hard. Hope it can improved further. The hotel is just 1 star standard. Remember Me hotel is better!
