"Shared the deluxe suite with my son and brother during round trip from Krakow to Budapest. The suite was fantastic. 3 separate rooms - 2 upstairs. Very clean with fantastic amenities in the room.
Breakfast was ok - Nothing special. Staff helpful and thankfully 24hr service desk. A lot of places in nearby towns appear shut late at night."
"The room was not clean someone had used the bathroom prior to my arrival and pissed all over the toilet seat. The do not disturb sign was ignored and 100 euro was taken while i was out. The door to the room would only close after shutting the door hard when i arrived to my room.for the first time the door was open. The room was littered with bugs. "
