The room was clean and as advertised. It was slightly smaller than expected but fine. Virtual check in was a little annoying just because the internet took a long time and we were checking in late and it didn't feel completely safe standing out there, but overall it was fine.

"This hotel is as advertised. While it is dated it has a certain charm. Most importantly, it was spotlessly clean and the sheets and towels were of good quality. I would stay again if needing an overnight stop between Brisbane and Sydney."

"Our apartment was very dated but the view and location lovely. We were told if we needed any thing just call reception. There were three of us, apartment sleeps 4 but only 2 bath towels I tried ringing reception several times , no answer, so had to go down and ask for more. no sorry or explanation ..."
