"I did not get to use any of the amenities and am not sure if the rooftop bar which is one of the hotel's best features was open. Other than that the beds were so comfortable, the AC is strong, onsite parking was affordable and easy and the staff was extremely helpful. 5 stars!"

"The hotel is perfect for sight seeing in Sofia - everything was within walking distance including lots of bars and restaurants , there is a beautiful park behind the hotel which is lovely to sit and relax in - also only 20 mins from the airport"

"Hello. Here is the reason why I am giving a **** for the place we just visited. The location is great to excellent, almost in the heart of the city. The hotel is old, but it has been renovated to some extent; it is very clean, and it offers all you need as amenities in the room. The bathroom is OK; the old-fashioned plastic tub must be removed/replaced with a shower cabin; the beds/mattrasses were twin-size; I recommend all rooms be furnished with at least queen-size beds. The personnel were very friendly and offered you a great quality of service (for example, a taxi was there in less than 4 minutes). The breakfast was very good, with a great selection, fresh, and a good time frame for service. You cannot use the room phone even for local calls in the city. A lot of coffee shops, restaurants, etc are around the area; you will be never hungry and thursty. TV works well with a variety of channels in different languages. So, I would recommend the place and choose it with confidence."

"The staff on the front desk were really helpful and checked us in efficiently. The cleaning staff were excellent, with our room being cleaned at the same time each day. Overall we had no negative feelings towards the hotel (the rooms can get quite warm, but in winter that is not a bad thing at all). I saw a lot of people complain about the hotel being “outdated”, but in a former USSR country, I found it gives it some character. Would absolutely stay here again. "
