For anyone looking for a small beautiful hidden gem resort close to San Ignacio, I'd highly recommend Villa Massis in Bullet Tree Falls! It's only a quick 10 min drive into San Ignacio. We had a wonderful time at Vanilla Hills. Our villa (Orchid) was a wonderful, comfortable place to return to after all day excursions. The staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. I only wish we had more time to relax and enjoy 3 Senses - there is so much to see in the area!

A beautiful setting complimented by Marsha and Jose and their staff!! Food was very well prepared and presented. They were very helpful with coordinating with tour groups and the bar is well stocked.
