The New Pioneer
Bed was clean and semi-comfortable. Bathroom is so outdated and run down. Still trying to figure out what is"new"about the place that they added it to the name. Cheap for the week days but you do get what you pay for as the saying goes.

This property is pretty old. Thin walls. Could hear neighbors conversation, upstairs neighbors were running around all afternoon

Carpet in the room heavily stained. Wouldn’t walk on it unless my shoes were on. Areas on the floor between the bed and nightstand were gross with crumbs. Had a good dinner at the restaurant though.
