Poor level of housekeeping, Room 404 tile damaged on washstand alongside toilet received cut on my arm as a result. Pillowcase didn't appear to have been changed from previous occupant. Had to request for additional toilet paper, tea and coffee etc not replaced. Excellent food in dining room.

The hotel is not a four star. The parking is first come first serve. We made reservations for a king size and the room had two twin beds but we combined it and it was ok. Although the sheets are small for twin sizes, there are two sets so it did the job. The housekeeping didn’t clean much just emptied garbage and left new towels. The safe didn’t work properly. There was a spider in the room. The area itself was nearby the popular areas. About 5 mins with a taxi.

New building, spacious rooms new furniture. There is, however. a problem with the sewer system since there was a constant smell from the bathroom. Parking can be an issue when you drive back to the hotel later in the evening. Ended up leaving our car parked at the hotel during our stay since we were afraid that we would not find a parking space when we returned. Breakfast was very good but the restaurant was in the old hotel building and as a result the restaurant facility was extremely old and in need of renovation. The area is average and not near the center.

Giudizio positivo, ok il parcheggio

Soggiornato 2 notti. Camera grande, con pulizia e wi-fi ok, Il parcheggio è senza problemi, (circa 50 posti di fronte, a fianco e sul retro dell’hotel, ho potuto scegliere il posto); il frigo bar è capiente ed efficiente così come efficiente e silenziosa è l’aria condizionata. Il numero delle prese elettriche è sufficiente. La colazione, della quale avevo letto critiche per la qualità e per il fatto che si fa in un altro edificio, a 20 metri dall’ingresso dell’hotel, a me è piaciuta; non vedo poi quali siano i problemi se un uno per fare colazione esce dall’hotel e va in un locale di fronte, oltretutto con copertura sopra la testa, pertanto anche se piove non si bagna; la colazione nel complesso è di buona qualità, non ha un’eccezionale varietà ma può bastare ed il locale è più che dignitoso. La TV ha canali satellitari, prende RAI 1 d RAI 2. Per andare al centro di Burgas distante 4-5 km, si percorrono 200 metri e si prende il bus 15, all’interno il bigliettaio. Alla fine, soddisfacente il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Difetti riscontrati: materassi e cuscini non li ho trovati molto comodi. Dopo aver fatto la doccia, il pavimento nella zona WC faceva una pozzanghera, evidentemente la doccia deve migliorare l’impermeabilità. Sono andato a curiosare in palestra e mi è venuto incontro un ragazzo chiedendomi cosa volevo (beh, sarebbe una palestra…). Un po’ di freddezza alla reception, suvvia, siate più accoglienti con il cliente, la prima impressione vale già metà giudizio.
