"The hotel has a range of different people staying from mainly UK, Germany and others. Whilst some people liked having a lot of drinks, it is also family friendly. There is a really nice concierge/receptionist who helped give me information about the local area. I liked my room and the food options and I got a bargain price for my short stay. I would recommend "

"Sheets were changed just once in 7 days. When came back from beach at 4 room still wasn’t done. Breakfast was good and close to the beach. "

"This resort is fantastic. Staff was very friendly and helpful, everything was super clean and felt secure. The food and drink options were for mass consumption, but everyone in the family was happy. They have fresh squeezed orange juice in the mornings which is amazing. The pools were too cold to use and one of the kids clubs were closed so it was only partial hours. Additional activities to help get energy used up for the kids since they wouldn’t swim would have been great."

"Dirty, bad service and louder food. The all inclusive drinks are served in small plastic cups and the cheapest kind there is. Got served raw chicken. Worst hotell ever!!!"

"Wonderful holiday at Royal Palace Helena Sands. My third visit to the hotel and it was perfect in every way. The Hotel Manager Cvetan was always available to help guests and all the staff were so friendly and efficient. A very beautiful hotel land I will be back again next year."

The dining experience is excellent, with a wide variety of options to satisfy all tastes, and food and drinks are available throughout the day at multiple locations. Cleanliness is outstanding—staff are constantly maintaining public areas, which always look immaculate. The staff are also very helpful and friendly, making the stay even more enjoyable. "Have mine first all inclusive stay at Sunny beach. Like a lot adult only option, as well all food service. Could recommend property starts think over include some free parking option, upgrade package including top shelf alcohol and also option for lounge chairs on the beach and umbrella "
