Overall clean place . Kitchen staff is kind and helpful . Good quality food. View from the balcony was advertised as backyard view , but all I can see was the amusement park ride . False advertised as property with free valet parking but I ended up paying for parking. As soon as I complained “ Free valet parking “ option was removed from property details page but they didn’t refund me although I booked this hotel because of this option. They don’t have their own beach or pool, but the access to the public beach was easy . The sea water was oily and i ended up with very hard to remove oil stain on my foot . Don’t go there if you want nice beach . Car access to property is almost impossible and the only option that I found to get there was through closed for traffic streets

I chose this hotel based on its reviews and ratings, but it was a huge disappointment. The photos online look nothing like the real hotel and appear to be AI-generated. We arrived around midnight, but the hotel was completely closed. The entrance gate was locked, the lights were off, and there was nobody at reception. We had to open the gate ourselves. The only contact number was a landline, so we couldn’t reach anyone on WhatsApp. After waiting, we finally contacted them through Hotels.com, and a staff member came out looking like he had just woken up. Although the room looked clean at first, the bedsheets and pillows smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. I have asthma, so I spent the whole night coughing and had to cover the pillow with my T-shirt to sleep. I had booked a family room for four people, but we were given a room with only one double bed and one single bed. There is a bar underneath the hotel, and the loud music continued until 3:00 a.m. We couldn’t sleep, and traveling with our 3-year-old daughter made it even worse. In the morning, we noticed the blankets were stained. The breakfast was poor with very limited choices. Parking is not free, and the hotel has no private beach. If you want sunbeds and an umbrella, you have to pay an extra €15. The sea was also full of seaweed. I booked three nights but checked out after the first night. I definitely do not recommend this hotel.
