Best experience in Burgas ever

It was my first time to stay at this place, but have visited Burgas many many times before. The place has a modern design and is very clean. Staff are very friendly. I don't know why I couldn't find this marvelous place before. Maybe they are new on Hotels.com

Overnight stay

We stayed here overnight before moving on as our flight was quite late. We arrived about 9pm. There is a lot of road works outside at the moment but we managed to reach the hotel. George who greeted us was very friendly and helped us with our luggage as there was no lift. The room was comfortable.

Good price great location nice room

The location of the guesthouse is great, right in the center of the main streets and close to the main train station, bus station and port. The room is cozy, clean and spacious but the bed is not very comfortable probably due to the lower quality of the mattress. Overall a good choice of accommodation considering the reasonable price per night.

The guest house is located in a very nice area, in a city center, 10-minute walk from the main railway station. My stay was prepaid, what surprised the lady receptionist. In most cases, all costs are paid in this guest house during check-in. My case was different, so at the beginning was a small confusion. My room was clean, nicely furnished with pleasant colors, however, there is something wrong with the bathroom, so there is a horrible smell, which is smelled in the whole room. I couldn't do anything with that, even opening a window for a few hours didn't help. That's why my mark is lower, even the room is very tidy and a bed is comfortable.

鉄道駅やバスターミナルに近い便利で快適なホテル

鉄道駅やバスターミナルから徒歩圏内(約10分)でネセバルやソゾポルへのバスでの日帰り観光には便利。(ネセバルはセクター3から40分毎、ソゾポルはセクター5から30分毎、共に1レフのチケットはバス内で購入)　アフトガーラ・ザバッド(バスターミナル西)からは約15分毎の11番のローカルバスで約10分でこのバスターミナルに移動できるので、何れのルートでブルガスへ来てもチェックインはとても簡単。 部屋にはエアコン・液晶テレビ・冷蔵庫がある。イス&テーブルのあるテラス付の部屋に泊まったが、明るく開放感のある清潔で快適な部屋。レセプション横には電子レンジや食器類もあり徒歩圏内のスーパーマーケットで購入した惣菜を温めて部屋で食べればコスパも良い。チェックイン時のコーヒー・紅茶のサービスが嬉しい。

Excellent hotel ruined by the BOZO in the next room, who apparently travels with a complete stereo system. That's not the fault of the hotel, so I don't know what more to say.

very nice hotel in the Center of the City ...

few steps from a walking area and 100 m from the Black Sea. Nice, clean, very helpful staff, the breakfast is very good. Only once small problem - the hotel doesn't have a parking lots for guests, so it's not comfortable for people coming by car.. But!!! - you can stay in the best place in Burgas.

Great location!

Guest House Fotinov is just 5 minutes from the beach and in a fantastic area. We had a lovely balcony, air con which was indispensable as Burgas is so hot in the summer months, and the beds were comfortable. The bright yellow decor of the rooms and self-service Bulgarian breakfast of meats and cheeses with bread served near the reception area added to the guest house's charm.
