"If you are planning to visit Merano this is the place to stay. It is a family run hotel and nothing is too much trouble. All the staff are friendly and helpful. We first stayed there two years ago and it was great but since then it has had a major renovation and it is even better now. We were upgraded to a Garden Suite which had a fantastic view over the great pool area to the mountains. There is a good choice including cook to order egg dishes at breakfast and the included afternoon cake...

Wir wurden vom Personal auch immer gut beraten wenn wir etwas unternehmen wollten. Beim Essen könnte man sicher noch die eine oder andere Finesse einbringen. Das Angebot mit der 3/4 Pension ist in unseren Augen überteuert. "
