Great, but needs some improvement

Overall it was a lovely stay. The food was very good, both for breakfast and dinner. I also loved that they offered fresh juices, which is not something many places offer. I think the hotel rooms are in need of refurbishing as they are quite dated. I also think the hotel should definitely be fitted with air conditioning as it was far too hot throughout the whole hotel, in the gym and in our room. We had the electric fan going all night and the window open but that still did not allow for a fully rested sleep as it was so hot.

Südtiroler Gastfreundschaft in traumhafter Kulisse

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren, erholsamen und komfortablen Aufenthalt. Kann das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Ein großartiges Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Familiär geführt. Genau das richtige, um zu entspannen oder als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen etc. . Mein Zimmer war liebevoll und stilvoll eingerichtet, Highlight war sicherlich das super bequeme Himmelbett Ein zweckmäßiger Bad, alles sauber und gepflegt. Gut zu wissen ist allerdings, dass zum Zeitpunkt meiner Reise sehr viele Hunde (auch große Hunde) im Hotel und auch Speisesaal waren.

Alles in allem hatten wir einen guten Aufenthalt im Hotel. Die Zimmer sind gross und ruhig. Da wir mit unserem JHund unterwegs sind ärgern wir uns immer wieder über die hohen Kosten für die Vierbeiner. Ich denke, dass nach unserem Aufenthalt niemand bemerkte, dass ein Hund im Zimmer war. Wir fänden es angemessener, dass eine Pauschale für den Hund berechnet würde und nicht einen Betrag pro Nacht.

Ein Hotel mit viel Charme, wir hatten ein tolles Zimmer und es gab hervorragendes Essen. Das Personal sehr , sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Einziger Nachteil, viel zuviel Tische im Speisesaal, war etwas eng gestellt und dass Hunde im Speisesaal erlaubt sind obwohl ein Teppichboden verlegt ist, finde ich nicht so toll. Nix für Allergiker. Aber wir kommen gerne wieder

Super schöne Lage, sehr gutes Restaurant.

Wunderbar gelegen, toll für Wanderungen aber auch Ausflüge mit dem Bus nach Salzburg. Schöner Pool. Tolles Restaurant mit super Ambiente, wenn man draußen sitzen kann. Das einzige, was vielleicht verbesserungsbedürftig wäre, ist das Frühstück. Aber vielleicht war mein Direkter Vergleich mit einem ähnlichen Hotel in Saltau daran schuld, dass ich es nicht so verlockend fand.

Von außen der traditionelle, historische Schildhof, innen stilvoll passend! Das (Comfort-) Zimmer war riesig, das Bad ebenso.Das Personal war immer freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Abendessen war ein Erlebnis, und das für einen HP-Aufschlag von € 10,-!!! Trotz der direkt am Hotel vorbeiführenden Hauptstraße durch's Passeiertal ausgesprochen ruhig! Immer wieder gerne!

Alexander showed us around and made us comfortable. Enjoyed the bicycles and the trails. Great food and service. Less expensive than Switzerland or Germany. Area used to be Austria. Great value. Great gardens close by. They have everything around. Just stay here.

Bellissimo hotel stile tirolese con funivia a 20 m

Ponte lungo in famiglia, relax, passeggiate e cucina di alto livello. Molto cordiale lo staff, ben fornite colazione e cena. Area piscine e sauna mai troppo affollate. Unica pecca per chi è con bambini: la zona sauna interna è dedicata ai nudisti. Comunque per il resto tutto molto piacevole.

Essen gut, Hotel gut, Lage gut. Die Zimmer im Schildhof zur Straßenseite sind ziemlich laut durch den Verkehr; viele Motorräder! Ansonsten ein nettes Team. War schon dreimal dort. Werde auch wieder kommen

Wunderschön abseits vom Touristenstom Meran

Wir haben das Hotel im Internet gefunden und für drei Tage gebucht. Schon beim Einchecken waren wir von der Freundlichkeit und Kompetenz des Personals positiv überrascht. Besonders gefallen hat uns das anheimelnde Ambiete und das historische Flair dieses Hotels, das aber dennoch jeden modernen Komfort bietet. Auch der Küche gebührt ein großes Lob.

Relaxation in spa country

We had a great 5 days being extremely well looked after by the team. The food and wine were superb (5 course meals in the evening for 10 euro per head!). The staff managed very well with our limited German (even though it is in Italy this was very much a German hotel). Will be going back again.

Vennlig og serviceinnstilt betjening. Kjøkken med nydelig mat og peiling på lokale viner. Flott beliggenhet rett ved kabelbane opp til 1800 m.o.h. Flotte sykkelstier og gratis utlån av gode sykler.
