The fridge was freezing the food The second we couldn’t close the freezer The are giving only one roll of toilette paper for a family of 4 The main door of the building is not locked so every one can get inside check out time is 1100 so why the cleaning man arrives at 1030 The location is great ”

“A quirky property, much more spacious than I imagined . Comfortable in a quiet location with a pub and bus into Bristol at the end of the road . Ideal for our visit. Nick was welcoming and gave us useful tips for our visit . ”

“What a wonderful quirky abode and situated amongst a wonderful property! Lovely garden to enjoy our gin too! Well stocked kitchen but if you didn’t wish to cook a great pub is 50yds away! Had a lovely welcome from the hosts and nothing was too much trouble. Bonus…property is just outside the congestion charge so used our bikes for getting around..easy! Will be a definite go to if we are up this way again 😊”

“La collocazione è perfetta, con una passeggiata in un verso si arriva in centro, nel verso opposto al Newport Transporter Bridge. La struttura è nuova, pulita, sicura. Mi è stato gentilmente concesso il check in anticipato, cosa che non tutti fanno! L'unico aspetto che rivedrei sono le pulizie: bisognerebbe che le stanze venissero rifatte, se non proprio quotidianamente almeno ogni 2 GG...per brevi soggiorni ok, per quelli un po' più lunghi inizia ad essere un disagio! Per il resto perfetto!”

“DO NOT STAY HERE. It is not in a safe neighborhood. As you open the first door you can hear the noise from the other “apartments”. The apartment is in the second floor. NO LIFTS available. The stairs are steep and not wide enough to bring up any large suitcases. The description of the property does not mention any stairs. The rooms are TINY and the “apartment” smells like mold. No laundry washer/dryer IN the apartment. The original payment does not include the 45 POUNDS you have to pay for...

“Really pleased with our apartment. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. There was also a generous welcome pack. As the apartment is on the first floor we had lovely views of the surrounding countryside. Trish, our host, was very helpful and nothing too much trouble. Would definitely recommend The Mount.”

“Comfortable house stay, we used as a 1 night stopover on way to Cornwall. It's not particularly scenic, being at the end of an unloved housing estate. The property is clean and practical, but could do with a few tidying up jobs doing. I haven't had to pay a deposit on any other holiday accommodation we have stayed in, it was refunded to us. ”
